The outrage wasn't about her stating biological sex is real. The vast majority of trans people know this. Her tweets were excluding trans women (1/2)

Or if a criminal is on trial, she'll say "he should jailed! He didn't pay for the Victoria sponge he bought!"

@BrennanML Miriam Margoyles is a lady who runs an Edwardian-style teahouse, and is nice to everyone, but she's completely oblivious to the crimes going on even when she's right in the middle of them.

@BBCPolitics Sadly Brexit is hardly not the win for UK fishermen that it has been portrayed as- nearly a third of our quotas are owned by five wealthy fishing companies.

Admittedly not the biggest fan of Corbyn and would like him to be clearer about his Brexit stance, but must give him credit for emphasising how climate change transcends politics and how it is intrinsically linked with class division.
