@SUBWAY Just tried to use a voucher for a promotion that ends today (the vouchers clearly state inclusive of today) and have been refused use of the voucher as the server said the vouchers have ended and the till would not accept. #lies

@ASOS received a pair of trainers that have clearly been warn and spoke to someone on live chat and they advised to return and i would have to reorder. But i ordered the item on student discount with 25% off so would now have to pay full price. Surely not right?

@ArgosHelpers i enquired about a refund from a cancelled click and collect order last wednesday which was already passed the 7 working days period and told it would be looked into within 3 working days and still no refund or any communication.

@OfficeShoes customer service is shocking. Ordered in store next day delivery for a wedding today last Friday and still not arrived by Tuesday. Emailed to find out they had been sent normal delivery but still no delivery so emailed yesterday for a refund and no reply 🤦🏻‍���️
