Just want to give a shout out to @delta lounge staff at gate A8 JFK yesterday afternoon - appreciate the courtesy shown as I showed up a little over 3 hrs before my domestic flight yesterday! The only airline that seems to still know what customer service is!!

@CapitalOne - work has put me in JFK twice in the last three weeks. Can’t thank the staff a the @CapitalOne lounge enough for the outstanding service and quality of the food. Special shoutout to Ricky the bartender his personality and smile can shine light on the darkest day!
@FlyFrontier is your customer service really in Kenya? You appear to be trying to call me on WhatsApp to resolve the abysmal customer service / experience I had flying 4/11 and 4/13 Tampa to Philadelphia return totaling 12 hours delay!!
@FlyFrontier must have conservatively encountered 11 hours of delay this weekend - minimum 8 hour delay Friday trying to fly from Tampa to Philadelphia. Virtually no explanation no automatic transfer to next on time flight. No offer of compensation not even a drink. So poor! Why?
@DoubleTreeTO thanks for a great stay this past week. Updated rooms, great staff in the restaurant and amazing housekeeping staff. This is one of the few hotels that cleans your room everyday! And the cleaning is impeccable! Now my go to hotel when downtown Toronto.
