@brettd76 @Apmcourier @The1867Group Hi Brett,

The last correspondence one of our members had, he was told quote “do not come to my personal zone” when emailing DC on his Sheffield Wednesday company email address. Hope this clears things up. We are actively trying to converse with the chairman. Fans forum needed.

@brettd76 @Apmcourier @The1867Group Hi Brett,

Hope you’re well. Feel free to attempt to set up such a meeting. We’ve tried this. A fans forum would surely be a good idea. There hasn’t been one of them for a while.

@JohnBobby295782 @The1867Group Hi John, some of the money will be going to help a valid local cancer charity. I’m not sure we should attempt to justify their existence, though a google search and a quick read of their reviews, shows how much positive impact they have had on people’s lives. 💙

@SGoodwin94 @The1867Group This particular fundraiser will remain open for the foreseeable future. Thank you for your support.

[The 1867 Group Comms @1867GroupComms]

@BrianHalla43430 @The1867Group This is something we will certainly consider.

@Apmcourier @The1867Group Hi Adam,

It gets spent on protest material such as a huge banner/15,000 leaflets.

[The 1867 Group Comms @1867GroupComms]

@GB11TLR @The1867Group Hi,

It isn’t our plan to protest during the game. This is a peaceful show of displeasure prior to kick off. We ask fans to raise a leaflet as the players walk down the tunnel and display it prior to kick off. Once the game kicks off we fully support the team in a must win game.

[The 1867 Group Comms @1867GroupComms]

@therealowlstom @vds2022 @The1867Group Hi Thomas, it would be fair to suggest we have taken the opinions of the fans on board and tried to act on them. We’ve owned our mistakes. We feel this is the correct course of action and one that could be replicated by the owner. We simply want a football club to be proud of.

[The 1867 Group Comms @1867GroupComms]

@therealowlstom @vds2022 @The1867Group To clarify one thing respectfully Thomas - We are distributing leaflets for fans to hold up in protest. The only mention of throwing things and invading the pitch have come from you. We are not in support of either action at tonight’s fixture.

@d33_rock @The1867Group Hi Dee,

He did say that but backtracked on it in an interview on the 05/11/2023 where he stated he “will not sell the club' even if they are relegated to League 1”

This despite stating he would leave the club when the supporters wanted him to #swfc

@intakeowl @The1867Group Quite a few have signed up, we are still appealing to further volunteers. Please email

Great idea, we have contacted pubs and will contact the chip shop 💙

@h1867x @The1867Group Hi, there is no March/walk on this occasion. Friday’s aim is to distribute a visible leaflet to the fanbase, which will be held up to the Sky cameras before kick off.

[The 1867 Group Comms @1867GroupComms]

@Rnbolsy13 @The1867Group Please feel free to take more than one on Friday.

[The 1867 Group Comms @1867GroupComms]

@h1867x @The1867Group The leaflets will be handed out around the ground prior to the kick off on Friday.

[The 1867 Group Comms @1867GroupComms]

@Natttyy01 @The1867Group Yes there will be several distributors around the ground prior to kick off.
