Around 30 to 35 percent people don't cast their votes-reasons r many; about 25 percent r real voters & remaining 40 to 45 percent people r paid voters by political parties.These people r easily befooled by false propaganda by politicians.
It is a matter of consideration.

Has Congress run Staes like HP, Karnataka & Telangana no unemployment?
Are these states showing better performance as compared to other states in per capita income?
Is d infrastructure and other facilities better than other states?

All Indians belonging to any caste, creed and political alliances must establish belongingness with the progress and prosperity of the country. We may or may not agree with the view point of a particular party in the Parliament but should always stand together.

There r some politicians who desires casting votes by using ballot papers rather than using EVM. These politicians r spreading propaganda that some party only wins because of d use of EVM.
May I suggest that EC may appoint a committee consisting of experts to deliberate upon.

We as citizens of India belonging to any caste & creed will have to: - Establish belongingness with d country in letter & spirit,
- Leave double standards,
- Abide by UCC
- Take election process very seriously & cast our vote without accepting any money from a polical party.
