@Specialized_UK not happy with the response today from you, my levo charger has burnt out whilst charging which could have caused a fire. This is common problem according to Google and as such should have been recalled. You respond buy asking for proof of purchase!! Why ????

Absolutely appalling customer service than my wife has received from @Chain__Reaction , twice being let down on deliveries of my 50th birthday presents. Cycling friends stay clear of them !!
Not very impressed with the service I have received from my local @GOoutdoors, signed up and paid for my membership card last Saturday, online Sunday to do a click and collect, still waiting to collect. After 3 emails to the customer service I’m none the wiser #disappointed
So another message from yet another operative (3rd today) @2328 hrs and still no resolve, @GOoutdoors this is a terrible experience with you and as such I would like my £5 membership refunded please
@Pandora_UK my son was expecting a devilry first Xmas and has arrived yet, he ordered on the 27th nov. He’s been trying and trying for days and days to talk to someone over the phone, he’s currently on hold for the last 56 mins !!! With 10 people in front of him since the start !
