والهدف؟ يخلون قطر "وادي سيليكون" الشرق الأوسط ، يجذبون العقول التقنية، ويوفرون تمويل ضخم للشركات الناشئة عشان تتوسع وتكبر.

@KUWAIT_MOH They should not discriminate based on who is Kuwaiti or who is expat. The virus goes to each person... Whilst i appreciate they give priority to Kuwaitis.. in Europe all residents are treated in the same way irrespecive of passport nationality...
