Credit where it’s due @chilternrailway . You somehow always manage to make a mess of the Beaconsfield > Marylebone and Marylebone > Beaconsfield service.
Always some excuse or form but how about you just get it together and provide the service people expect for their money spent
@chilternrailway What I would like is for you guys to get your house in order.
I’m so sick of the constant offer of forms because I’ve filled them out for years yet nothing changes. I’m not alone in this view either
@chilternrailway@hjbounden Yes but these complaints are raised time and time again so clearly at the end of the day thy just get put in the virtual dustbin right?
@chilternrailway@hjbounden Still waiting for an explanation to better understand your craving for forms @chilternrailway .
Would you mind explaining the process of what happens ?
@chilternrailway@hjbounden Out of curiosity could you explain the process of what happens when your many fare paying customers, fill out your many forms, for the same issues?
Is there any real point in doing so or does it just make @chilternrailway think that we think they actually care?
@chilternrailway If this is “minimised disruption” I fear for the service.
Complete joke.
Assume you will be putting fares up again next year right?
That part of the ‘service’ never seems to be effected or “minimised”
What on earth is the issue today with the Beaconsfield to Marylebone service @chilternrailway ?
Are you capable of running a railway service ??
Almost everyday it’s something
@chilternrailway Thanks. Would I be right to say it needs repair as CR have let their fleet grow so old ?
We, as customers, do deserve some kind of consistence and value for money for our fares please
Shortened train for the 07.29 Beaconsfield to Marylebone @chilternrailway ??
Couldn’t get on. Cheers.
I guess there is a form for that or can you explain why your service was below or (again)??
@chilternrailway@MARIA2876065331 Seems harsh on those that don’t use PAYG service.
As your prices already way too high for the service was any thought given to maybe just reducing the price of the over inflated rtn ticket to keep as similar as possible?
Thought not…
@chilternrailway@MARIA2876065331@chilternrailway would you mind answering as sound like you’ve hiked fares for passengers that don’t use your pay as you go as well which seems odd if they don’t use that service. Also why should it cost more than a regular fare?
@chilternrailway@MARIA2876065331 So there was no change in fare for customers not using pay as you go or the fare was adjusted upwards for all regardless?
