So, all I want is a copy of my account invoice to show I paid a termination fee, @virginmedia are unable to provide this…shocking customer service after several emails, web chats, x chats, going round in circles…despite being told when I paid I would get an invoice…😡😡

Called call centre…couldn’t understand the person, constant background noise..apparently I’m all sorted with my email which failed for linking an account to 02 (as directed) not resolved…shockingly bad service…no emails work for 3 accounts in the house now..can someone help
