@wmata S9 bus just pulled up at 3636 16th St. The driver on the S9 bus saw several of us standing there as the S2 bus pulled away, but just drove by anyway.

You all gonna do this all winter like you’ve done in previous winters? It’s too cold to leave riders stranded.

@wmata The point is that every single time you fail your riders, you basically just blame them for not checking the right place. If the info were on your app, I would have just called a cab from the beginning.

I hope those stranded elderly at the 16/P stop folks got home safely.

@wmata really screwed it up today. Every northbound bus stop on 16th St is closed, but people who are unable to walk to other bus stops are stranded. 16th/P and 16th/U

No mention of it on the app.

Y’all know this is why people jump the fare gates, right?
