@jayanta_malla Sir, Forest department has issued Brown ETP to collect transportation fee and other taxes for movement of minor minerals outside of state. Royalty is an entirely different matter..It is collected by the Forest department through mahaldars and Govt Contractors only.

@IncomeTaxIndia The existing ITR-5 Excel Utility released on 07.07.2026 is clearly defective. It is unable to calculate the tax correctly or generate the JSON file, making the utility practically unusable.
