11 miles today, finding new paths in an area I know too well!

7 miles today, split by a steam train ride :-) a bit of a speed hike, that got heart rate up to 188 when I blasted up a very steep hill!

I'm off to Wales to volunteer for another steam railway next week, so expect some photos of hikes in mountains and different trains... Just for a change ;-)

19 miles hiking today :-) Definitely running on empty towards the end! Rejuvenating beer has now been acquired!

A bit of a wet day, but I managed a 6 mile hike after it stopped throwing it down :-) it's supposed to be drier tomorrow, so will attempt my originally planned walk then!

After a couple of weeks off nursing a bad knee, I've been out and about again. My friends from work and I went out to mid Wales and hiked in the Berwyn Mountains.
