Account opened without proper activation/KYC, deposit taken, and charges debited unfairly by Airtel Payments Bank. Staff keep calling for refund and asking for account details, then another caller says refund is not possible due to charges. Dm

My Notice Period payment dues are still unresolved. I was also mentally harassed and forced to resign without proper justification.
I request the management and grievance authorities to resolve this matter

Process my refund immediately.
Without proper activation and service, charges were deducted unfairly. This is completely unacceptable.

@rajeshkumarbjp6 पहली बात तो हमे संज्ञान लेकर अपनी माताओं बहनों को समझना पड़ेगा कि किसी भी तरह से इन लोगो से कोई सम्बन्ध ना रखे और कोई जेहादी मानसिकता वाले पकड़े जाए तो तुरंत ही निपटा दे उनको नो जेल नो बेल सीधा नवी के पास भेज दिया जाए तो और जेहादियों में डर होगा

क्यों परेशान किया जा रहा है ?
जब एयरटेल के पास सुविधा नहीं थी तो अकांउट क्यों ओपन किया और बिना केवाईसी के डिपोजिट कैसे लिया ?? और जब कल एक कर्मचारी ने रिफंड के लिए बोला तो तुम लोग क्या मैसेज कर रहे हो?
