@everton absolute shambles. 70 year old has lost his phone and you wouldn’t issue a replacement ticket to despite me paying for his ticket for GDPR reasons? Said he had to attend in person with ID to be issued with a new ticket. He didn’t have ID so missed the match.

I pay for all three season tickets, but apparently they aren’t mine despite paying for the cup game? 70 year old fella who hasn’t missed a home game in 20 years has to walk home as he has no valid ID.
