@ahmedalifayyaz Unfortunately direct recruited lecturer is stuck at the same entry grade even after 20 years of service due to severe stagnation and our counterparts in other departments from 4800 GP reached 7600 GP . Fresh measures are needed to address and overcome this chronic issue.

Despite clear Govt. orders, no holiday was marked on JK Attendance App today(KD). Such negligence by the incharge caused avoidable hardship, teachers had to travel long distances just to mark attendance.
