When I asked about the delay, another butcher informed me that they do not provide this service, which was confusing and inconsistent. I also tried to speak with a supervisor, but received no response or assistance.
Overall, the lack of communication and poor customer service was very frustrating.

@qic_online When travel restrictions are in place and flights are cancelled, how is it fair that travel insurance cannot be used or refunded? Your policy says โnon-refundable,โ but does it consider real-world crises? Your customer service response shows no awareness of the current situation. Customers need support, not rigid policies.
