BIG: So the AMENDED Nari Shakti Vandan legislation fails the Lok Sabha test. NO two-thirds majority required. REPEAT: if there was genuine seriousness in making women’s reservation a reality before 2029 GE, then why not reserve 1/3rd in present Lok Sabha of 543. Or would the male MPs have not accepted it?
