@ZARA shocking customer services!! Refusing to remove the security tag from a £6 top even though I can prove I have paid by bank. Ridiculous.

@CPWTweets Complaint in today I am sick of this company they have been nothing but rude to me from start to finish I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND!

[Keely Harkess @1992Keely]

@CPWTweets And no this was not just an adjustment they have charged me wrong and not willing to honour the contract properly

[Keely Harkess @1992Keely]

@CPWTweets I have DM you but I am very disappointed that this company will not fully honour my contract with them! I hope you can help me with this.

[Keely Harkess @1992Keely]

@CPWTweets Then when I got in touch with them! Turns out I am right and they don't even apologise and have offered awful options! Very disappointed...

[Keely Harkess @1992Keely]

@CPWTweets Basically upgraded my phone for an agreed monthly fee, to then be over charged when billed. Phoned up had rude service, ages to phone back.

[Keely Harkess @1992Keely]
