Lieutenant General Shrinjay Pratap Singh, AVSM, YSM assumed the appointment of General Officer Commanding -in-Chief of Army Training Command #ARTRAC on 01 Oct 2026.

The Army Commander paid homage to the #Bravehearts at the Shradhanjali Sthal and reviewed the Guard of Honour in a solemn ceremony.

On assuming command, the Army Commander commended the trainers and trainees whose diligence, dedication and devotion has enabled the Indian Army to be the finest in the world. He exhorted all to continue their quest for excellence in shaping the future with the same zeal to win future wars across the entire spectrum.

He also urged all ranks to continue to uphold the Dharma of a Warrior and achieve excellence in the art and science of warfare through knowledge, vision and training.
