@pfminy@SiteGround@avatarbobo I agree, same for booking confirmations. An issue occurs fine i will be patient but it happens 3 more times within a 7 day period, that’s unacceptable. We need stability and confidence that you have fully fixed the issue instead of crossing our fingers it wont happen again.
@motionworks_tv @SiteGround They have been solid otherwise, you will get issues with any hosting company (facebook and others are down right now for example) , its just frustrating its happened for the 4th time in the last 7 days otherwise i wouldn’t be here. Seems the real issue has never been fully fixed.
@SiteGround@JABurrowss The fact it’s the same type of issue means the problem was never really “fixed” seems more like a temporary “patch” every 2nd day or so the last week the same issue has occured, can you ensure you find the root of the problem this time & fix so this doesn’t happen for a 5th time?
@SiteGround Are the email issues in any way related to the issues Facebook issues? their site is down right now and wondered if you use the same background services as them or something as it seems coincidental they go down and our email stop working.
@JABurrowss@SiteGround Facebook is down also along with instagram so not sure if this might be related to that I,e they use the same background services or something or its the same spamexperts issue as last week. I am not getting bounceback just not receiving the emails. A delay again it seems.
@Stefani19834478 No, @SiteGround is amazing actually. No matter what host you change to you will have issues, the key thing is how they handle it, the communication and the speed at which the issue is fixed and SiteGround delivered on all 3. It was actually SpamExperts fault not SG.
@SiteGround How’s the email issue fix coming along? Been refreshing the status message for hours now with no further updates. My clients are continuously contacting me for updates and I don’t have any up to date information for them.
@SupermansPal@SiteGround@PrintLegal 🤔 didn’t come across that way at all seemed genuine. Hard to laugh anyway when these issues are going on and you have upset clients 😕
@SupermansPal@SiteGround@PrintLegal Generally yes but when email issues happens then sending a email is useless. This could only work if they force you to add a secondary email thats out-with Siteground’s server and they themselves use a different email server to send the alerts out to the secondary email.
