@KaraKimbaya @LKTranslator I was 5 min late for appointment,visibly unwell,apologetic abt my lateness.waiting room empty. rotweiller at reception said I could no longer see the doc,got text mssge reprimand n threat to strike me off surgery's patient list if I did it again. I am 77.
