PM Modi makes a late night statement on stringent punishment for exam leaks and how his govt has dealt with the issue.

His statement in English:

“Friends, I know that the paper leak is not a trivial matter. It is extremely painful for lakhs of students and their parents. And therefore, since the paper leak incident, many big steps have been taken in the last two and a half months. The culprits have been caught. They are lying in jail. Our most important responsibility was that a year of the students should not be wasted. It was very necessary to hold the exams immediately. The government, using its full strength, arranged for the exams of as many as 22 lakh students to be conducted in the shortest possible time. And just five-six days ago, on the 19th, the results also came out, and news of the happiness of students who passed is coming in from across the country. But we are not among those who settle for that, and therefore I gave instructions to the departments today for a fast track court. Today, the departments worked continuously and gave me a draft late at night as well. This draft, with provisions for fast track courts and strict punishment, will be discussed in the cabinet tomorrow. After suggestions from cabinet colleagues, it will be given its final form, and from Monday, the second week of Parliament is beginning, when efforts will be made to get that bill passed in the House as soon as possible”

It’s embarrassing to see where we’re heading. Is this really how we fight for our rights and raise our voices?

The saddest part is that the media rarely highlights those who speak with logic, facts, and maturity.

Instead, they amplify the most sensational posters and slogans because that’s what gets attention. If this is what we’re projecting as the future of India, it’s truly disappointing.

With Congress, AAP, farmer unions, and several other political groups stepping in, this is no longer just a student protest. Innocent students are now at risk of being used to further political agendas.

At this stage, the movement is no longer entirely in CJP’s hands either. The more political parties get involved, the more students risk being exploited, causing greater damage than the paper leak itself.

Justice should come through an impartial investigation by agencies like the CBI or other competent authorities. If today’s demand is Dharmendra Pradhan’s resignation, tomorrow it will be someone else’s, and then another’s.

Where does it stop? The focus gradually shifts from accountability for the crime to a cycle of political resignations.

Did Abhijeet or Saurav speak about the students who were injured? I didn’t see that discussion. Instead of keeping students’ welfare at the center, the issue is increasingly turning into another political battleground.

We need to think beyond politics and focus on what truly matters: justice for the students, accountability for those responsible for the paper leak☺️🙏🏻

It’s not just about NEET. Punjab has witnessed yet another paper leak this time in the Pharmacy Officer Recruitment Examination conducted by Baba Farid University on 19 July 2026.

A racket allegedly used high-tech hidden electronic devices during the examination, with reports claiming candidates paid anywhere between ₹3 lakh and ₹13 lakh.

The government failed to install signal jammers at examination centres, yet they are readily deployed at political rallies and public stages.

Are the lives and speeches of politicians considered more important than the future of students and the integrity of recruitment exams?

Shame on governments that fail to protect the future of honest aspirants! 🙏🏻

The cheating scandal in the recruitment exam for 454 Pharmacist Officers has once again exposed the complete failure of @AapPunjab Govt to conduct a fair and transparent recruitment process.

Nearly 7,000 candidates appeared for the BFUHS examination at centres in Ferozepur, Faridkot and Kotkapura. Reports suggest that around 30 candidates were detained for allegedly using concealed Bluetooth devices, while answers were reportedly being dictated from outside the examination centres.

Even more shocking are allegations that signal jammers, meant to prevent such malpractice, were not installed at any of the three examination centres.

AAP came to power in Punjab promising “Sikhiya Kranti” and transparent governance. Instead, Punjab has witnessed one controversy after another, leaving honest and hardworking youth feeling cheated.
