Once you have 2 or 3 elite commanders, the ball starts rolling, the bank of ‘commander XP’ starts accumulating. Commander XP pays for changing up your skill tree w/o doubloons or penalty. When you have a lot of elite commanders, all your captains benefit.

I don’t ever complain about MM, I always thought it was fine. When it comes to CV though, being up-tiered renders you useles. My KAGA is always facing tier 10 ships. @WorldofWarships

WG-CC’s need term limits, no need for criticism at this time they have been the topic of much negativity already. WoW CC’s are or have become lethargic commentators. I feel others in the community can do better.
