Tribalism is gangrenous rot to democracy, peace, and human flourishing.
Remind me to ask your opinion, not your team. To respond with curiosity, not condemnation. To debate, not demonise. To critique the opinion, not the person. Disagree, not reject. To value challenge, not confirmation. To forgive your flaws and remember my own. To assume good faith.

We must fight it with all our hearts.

@Glob_Bottom@PropositoyVida I think it's ignorance rather than malice. They're not thinking of the consequences of getting exhausted before getting to safety or getting knocked unconscious. They have no idea how close that was.
So funny how AI corps have fucked themselves:

2) create more expensive model that costs more tokens per token, confusingly
3) Need a new non-monetary currency to define limits, but have already used the word 'token'

@esherifftv This tickbox will seem ridiculous in hindsight. Like 'did you use a computer to help make your video?'. In your situation I'd be tempted to go for 'no' because a small explainer clip doesn't make it an AI slop video. See what happens
@sarah_go_green Yeah 275 miles is over 5 hours of driving. I typically start from home, drive for 3 then break at a services for 15-20 minutes while the car charges at 500mph+
@sjwhitmore This is good advice. When getting a present for new parents - get something nice for the parents, not the baby. The baby needs nothing but the parents! And the parents need a pick-me-up
@staysaasy 100%. It would be so easy to laugh at the crazy questions or whimsical misunderstandings. But all that would do is make them fearful to ask when they don't know something. I try to talk with them as a peer, unless setting a boundary
