@rlamartini @SGottliebFDA Yes if you look at all the different alkaloids and what they do who knows the possible medical benefits. It does not just target those receptors as the FDA seems to want us to believe. The harm is minimal compared to many FDA approved substances on the shelf for purchase.

@SGottliebFDA The vendors making these claims are no different than any other dietary supplement vendor making medical claims. Deal with them as the FDA does because under law they cannot make medical claims about a dietary supplement. But leave #kratom alone. Kratom has never killed anyone.
