@CrossCountryUK here’s a thing.. you tell the 1127 Man Picc to Bournemouth train that it’s now terminating at Birm New Street … adding ‘the train will be waiting for you’ .. shame you didn’t tell that driver !!! 200 passengers waiting another hour!
