2019 ended with 132 Law Enforcement Line of Duty Deaths. 47 died as the result of ambush or attack by gunfire. Our sincere condolences go out to those families. Our society can’t tolerate these violent attacks on police, men and women who enforce our laws and maintain civil order

Watching FOX this morning, 3 more LE officers shot and killed in the last 2 days. 41 officers shot and killed in the line of duty so far in 2019. This all out attack on LE has to end to maintain any rule of law or civil order in America. The public doesn’t get why we serve. 🇺🇸

Tomorrow Sept. 26, at 10:30 am I’ll be offering testimony in the US House Judiciary-Subcommittee on Immigration and Citizenship. Testimony will focus on ICE Detention and Sanctuary Policies. Shoulder to shoulder with Tom Homan to appeal to Congress about the urgency to America.

Ending my day in a Homeland Security Committee meeting. Very disturbing and dire message from Customs Border Patrol Chief. We are in grave dander of completely losing control of our borders. Will see populations of illegal immigrants from Central and S. America to overwhelm us.

National Sheriff’s Conference being hosted in Louisville, KY. All of the conversations between 100’s of Sheriffs attending and committee discussions all center on two critical major topics, Border Security/ Illegal Immigration and Heroin/Opioids in either order.
