The only antidote that we have is to start investing ourselves in community.

But hyper-idividualization is so deeply ingrained in our society, most Americans can't imagine what their lives would look any other way.

It's going to take at least another 3 generations to regroup.

The problem with America is not Trump or Fascism, it's hyper-individualization and selfishness. Hyper-individualization is a moral ideology that has been lauded in media, commercials, schools, and churches for over 60 years.
