I have long traveled with @AmericanAir with little to zero problems. I was loyal to flying them no matter what. They have decided to end that loyalty today but running and hiding and not taking accountability for damaged baggage. It’s a shame they can’t be held accountable

@USAA_help they don't have the time we do. We can wear them down until we convince them that our shoddy work at valuating their damaged property is the only good outcome. It's very sad. And to not be willing to have a discussion is worse. ...

I hope @USAA_help treats its insureds much better than it does its claimants. 21 days since accident and 11 outreaches with no response. They want me to call to set up an estimate of the damage but can’t do that if no one responds to me! Frustrating!

@victoryplustv Anyone else having issues with Roku platform? The past week, it keeps crashing out of the feed when going to break. I have to keep going back to the main menu and selecting the game again. Every. Break!
