Tax benefits are the same even if you file personal taxes with your business income, you get the same benefits. Investment properties are still depreciating assets to the IRS. @GenZMultifamily People ask me how did I come up with capital for my properties all the time. If you own a home, you have equity waiting be leveraged. Use it to make more money. Personal HELOC->LLC DSCR->Charge 2x the mortgage->Pay off early. Rinse and repeat.

@buyahause @GenZMultifamily I do it case by case. I work with my good paying tenants. I’m happy to pay for it now than later after they move out. Also making them pay for it could push out a great tenant. So I guess it all depends on the situation 🤷‍♂️
