Approaching one week without a functioning AC and still no resolution. @HavellsIndia, this is unacceptable. The delay is causing major inconvenience. A customer should not have to wait this long for a repair, especially with no end in sight.

@tatapower_ddl@tatapower_ddl While other area are not affected only in our block we were having this issue, when calling customer care, ivr gives time of 14:30, after that it says service will be restored at 16:30 and at evening it says before 18:30 service will be up
