@NewsCentralTV It's better to to work hard in your own country than working hard at trying to stay in another country illegally. You people are gaslighting South Africa because you are not addressing the real issues, you are just lawless. La ntena nxa! Reporters are the worst mxm!
Nigeria, Ghana, Mozambique, and Malawi have not publicly condemned their citizens for violating South Africa’s immigration laws.
If these governments expect South Africa to respect their sovereignty, they should also respect South Africa’s right to enforce its laws and secure its borders.
Partnership requires mutual responsibility. South Africa should stop negotiating from a position of apology and start insisting on accountability.
@sadmethod "Before you met her, she had"..not currently, not presently, but before. You've known her long enough to love the person you were or are with, enough to brag about her. Friends don't always have good intentions, if they did, they would've warned you the moment they met her.
@Fit_Mandisa The LOVE of money is the root of all evil, you'll even sell your children, your children's children, and their children's children's future.
Siv Ngesi and Vusi Thembekwayo have been standing on business this entire week 🤣
They are true patriots 🇿🇦❤️
They haven't given an inch to the ugly smear campaign the country is facing with regards to illegal immigration push back.
Gents, your voices are key.
Danko 😎✨️🙏🏽
@Qokani Our government knew that the July unrest was going to happen & they didn't stop it bcos they wanted to black paint someone. They also knew & know that another one can spike, & they can stop it, but they won't, because they want to invalidate someone. They know what they are doing
Mel and Peet Viljoen sneaked out the country owing a number of South Africans money and under a cloud of allegations regarding shady business deals in May 2025. They then spent months in the USA making videos saying that “white genocide is real” and “Trump is right”. Then got arrested for retail theft at a Publix Store in the US in March 2026. ICE picked them up from county jail because they overstayed their visas and were illegally in the US.
After 2 months in ICE detention, Mel Viljoen opted for voluntary deportation. Peet Viljoen is still in ICE detention and will only appear in front of an immigration judge on 12 June 2026. However, Mel Viljoen who told Netwerk24 that she would be staying in the US as long as possible to wait for Peet (according to her she had until the end of June to leave) quietly arrived back in the South Africa on Tuesday this week.
The retail theft case is still open in the US and the next court event for the Publix shoplifting case is 24 June 2026.
Netwerk24 is now doing a number of puff pieces on the Viljoens - framing them as remorseful victims that lost their way.
Question:
When will people like the Viljoens be held accountable for the alleged financial damage (alleged fraud re: Tammy Taylor franchises) and the reputational damage to South Africa?
