this has been bothering me for a while but the way this fandom treats koreans and asians in general is so weird. on twt especially but i was really shocked to hear it in person too. the amount of times i heard people call someone a sasaeng just because theyre korean or is asian in person recently is insane. yesterday people just kept throwing the word around bc they got barricade and not them and just being nasty towards them in general
the word sasaeng really just lost all its meaning like here foreigners travel to korea all the time to see them but that doesnt make them a ssg does it? lol anyways i hope that girl is okay :((( im so sorry her experience was ruined :(
