Motivational Speaker who Overcame Failure in School, Addiction & ADHD. Now I show companies and organizations all over the world how to get to the Next Level!
Teachers, remember that what you speak over your students has power.
You have the ability to change a child’s life for the better. You have the power to uplift your students, encourage them, and speak life into them in moments when they may not see their own potential.
Never underestimate the impact of your words.
Teachers, you spend so much time pouring into everyone else that sometimes you forget about yourself.
But hear this: you deserve the same peace, love, happiness, and support that you encourage your students to seek. Don’t forget to take care of you too.

Students, it’s time to start thinking about your future.
There’s too much greatness inside of you to settle for average. Don’t get so caught up in the now that you forget to prepare for what’s next. Your future is depending on the decisions you make today.

Teachers, before the day begins remind yourself:
I will not give up.
I will not surrender.
I will continue to show up and give my best because somebody needs me my best. I need the best version of me. #teachers#educators

Salem Middle School, it was truly an honor to come and pour into your staff and students.
What I experienced was heavy. Some of these students are carrying things that are way too big for their age. Homelessness, instability, real life pressure and when a child is dealing with that, it shows up in their behavior.
That's why I knew I didn't just need to come speak to them, I need to speak life into them. I needed them to hear that even in the middle of everything they're facing, they still have value. They are fearfully and wonderfully made. Their situation is real, but it is not who they are.
And the fact that Salem has created a space with washers, dryers, and food for students and families show how real this is for these kids. This is not just something we talk about, this is their everyday life.
Some students weren't able to attend the assembly because of behavior, but I made it priority to go to the them. No child gets written off. No child gets left behind.
Thank you to the teachers, staff, and students for allowing me to come and pour into you. This matters and we've got to continue showing up for our kids.
I had the opportunity to speak twice at Lithonia High School pouring into the 9th and 10th graders.
To be honest... it was heavy. Seeing what some of these students are carrying at such a young age, homelessness, gangs, real life situations.
But even in the midst of that, I felt something shift... this is a new day at Lithonia High School. We're not accepting the old narrative, we're rewriting it.
Because these students? They're hungry. They're yearning for more. You could see it in their eyes, in every handshake, every hug.
And I want to thank the teachers and staff who love on these students daily. One teacher told me, "These aren't just some random students.. these are our babies." That stuck with me.
It's time for us to go all in for our youth.
This is just the beginning of the Next Level School Tour in my city.
I had the honor to speak and give two presentations to the 6th, 7th, and 8th graders at Jonesboro Middle School. These students facing deep and heart breaking challenges.
I met a 7th grader who already has three children, and 60% of these students are homeless, with buses stopping at motels to pick them up for school. I encouraged them, spoke life to them, and reminded them that their condition is not their conclusion.
Thank you to the school and staff for trusting me with the hearts and minds of your students. This is what makes the Next Level Students Tour in Atlanta so important.
I am committed to supporting the next generation here in the city I call home. Next stop Lithonia High...
Students — hear me. Nothing can take away your value.
You are fearfully and wonderfully made. Your worth was never up for debate.
If you need a safe space to get your zeal back, go talk to a therapist or a counselor. Get the help you need so you can see what’s always been there — your value.
Don’t carry it alone.

Teachers and Educators you have to be mentally and emotionally strong enough to be able to release things that happened yesterday or the year before that.
As a student, I had to humble myself and realize I couldn’t do everything on my own.
I needed community. I needed guidance. I needed people in my corner who could help me grow, excel, and ultimately graduate.
