The pro Kremlin blogger Alexandra Jost (SMR) has been added in the latest sanction package of the EU. Why?
- She is financed by TV Novosti, well known Russian propaganda network also owning Russia Today (with the infamous M. Simonyan).

天皇陛下、ようこそ Welcome, Your Majesty Emperor Naruhito 🇯🇵
Bilateral ties between the Netherlands and Japan are close, with deep historical roots dating back 426 years. This week, Emperor Naruhito, accompanied by Empress Masako, is paying a state visit to our country. This morning, the imperial couple was officially welcomed on Dam Square by King Willem-Alexander and Queen Máxima, after which I joined the Emperor in a wreath-laying ceremony at the National Monument.
This evening I will be attending the traditional state banquet at the Palace on Dam Square, and tomorrow I will host the Emperor for lunch at the Mauritshuis art museum.

I am somewhat conflicted about the EU adopting tools from China’s and Russia’s toolboxes.
However, as the EU is about to deny entry to anyone who has served in the Russian armed forces since the start of Moscow’s full-scale invasion of Ukraine, these propaganda bloggers should be sanctioned as well. They are similarly part of Russia’s illegal invasion apparatus, just without military gear.
@LouiseMensch Remember to report her posts. Being sanctioned prevents her from monetising from EU countries. She probably shouldn't be visible to European users either.
Nice, she is under sanctions in EU that means that her account can be reported using the Report EU illegal content
