The central error is that when men speak as leaders, they are addressing other men but when women speak, they are also attempting to address men, rather than women.
It's a hubristic losing sight of their natural purview, which is contemptible because their natural preview - the direction of young women - is one they ignore out of lack of self-control over their appetite for wrangling the boys.
