A female patient presented with a chief complaint of mobile teeth and a loose bridge. She reported pain during eating and drinking.
Clinical examination revealed generalized tooth mobility and a failing fixed bridge.
Initial periodontal therapy was carried out,
For the maxillary arch, a removable partial denture (RPD) was planned.
The final outcome restored function and comfort, and the patient was satisfied with the results.🤍
After removal of the bridge, teeth #12 and #13 were found to have a good prognosis. Therefore, root canal treatment (RCT) was performed, followed by post and core build-up and full-coverage crowns.Teeth #33 and #43 underwent RCT to serve as abutments for a mandibular overdenture
