Crypto has not gone through a real economic crisis / recession yet - when liquidity is drained from risk assets going into bonds and cash, it'd be very suprising to see crypto rising, which was proven - yet again - how sensitive it is towards liquidity going elsewhere.

Liquidity got sucked up by metals to begin with, and now later by tech and semi shares. Assuming we have another round of QE into the bust, crypto may rise from the ashes (similar to what we have seen post COVID QE).

Yesterday was a warning shot.
