@yowyowtars@I_am_jerm Same, I bought a black pearl nomad for 1400, down 50% since the update with exactly one being unboxed since lmao.
People are overreacting. A 10% decrease sure, but a 50% fire sale is just ridiculous opportunity before markets correct themselves.
I hope it helps, getting an hour of sleep a week or anything close to that is obviously going to be extremely detrimental to your well being. I started tracking my sleep a few years back and id reccomend everyone do it. After doing hubermans protocol I went from averaging 30 or less minutes of rem sleep to over an hour and a half.
Depending on how long you were on the medication it could take a few days to weeks before you see improvement assuming it was the cause of the tremors but there could be a plethora of other possible causes from a vitamin deficiency, caffeine or anxiety.
Personally I noticed my tremors after I lost a substantial amount of weight, I ended up seeing a neurologist bc I was convinced I had als at the time, which was ridiculous in hindsight. After many tests and no answers we came to the determination it was muscle atrophy from the weight loss and dietary deficiencys that weren't showing up on bloodwork. After physical therapy and changes in diet mine went away completely.
Its important to do research yourself ive learned, Especially when it comes to issues regarding brain chemistry and diet.
Ive had many of my own issues I wasnt able to get answers for after struggling with addiction for a long time.
Dr. huberman put me on magnesium and helped me learn about its benefits, He's a neuro scientist id highly recommend.

When you get a blood test for magnesium, the lab measures serum magnesium, the small amount circulating in the liquid part of your blood. But that’s only about 1% of all the magnesium in your body.
60% is stored in bone, bound to calcium and phosphate.
39% is inside cells in muscles, nerves, and organs.
Only around 1% is in the bloodstream. So Its possible you were still functionally low.
@TheCronussy@qtZazu L-tyrosine is good because its the precursor to dopamine. magnesium, calcium, zinc, vitamin d and fish oil would be my recommendations.
Magnesium specifically is the one that helped me the most noticeably.
Congrats on winning the battle btw! Youre a warrior.
@qtZazu could be, id definitely check with your doctor/do some research online. Just from what I read anti psychotics themselves often cause hand tremors/jitters as a result of blocking dopamine receptors. Which makes sense to me because conditions like parkinsons is a dopamine issue.
@1kouhai@empathy_cs2 It seems like you didn’t read what this was actually about. This post isn’t obsession, it’s me clearing my name from serious false allegations that I raped someone. Lucy herself knows that never happened, and I’ve been trying to move forward, not dwell on the past.
