There are 100 huge red flags at this point, but the only reason that we are here where we are, is the story about the .30-06. Unless the prosecution is able to provide definitive ballistics evidence that confirms a .30-06 slug was found in Charlie’s body and that slug is tied to Tyler Robinsons rifle, I will never believe it…

That’s it for me… all the other bull shit is just extra.

Here’s why:

1- The Wound

Charlie’s wound was not from a .30-06. Period. Doesn’t matter how many people get paid to say “well what if it was a vermin round”… it wasn’t jackass, and even if it was, the wound still doesn’t match that scenario.

2- The Scope

Even if by some miracle a .30-60 round did something unbelievable, there is this….

You are trying to tell me that this dude, this 22 year old “furry” Mormon kid, disassembled the rifle to transport it to the roof, reassembled the rifle upon reaching the roof, and managed to hit a perfect neck shot on the first attempt, even though the scope had not been sighted in?

And not just that, he took the gun back apart instantly, like within less than 1 second… and somehow magically teleported it to his backpack as he ran from his snipers perch to jump off the building…

3- The missing footage

This is 2026. There are cameras installed everywhere that can read your drivers license number as you hold your license in your hand, and UVU just recently upgraded their camera system. How is it that there isn’t a clear, high definition, zoomed in picture of Tyler on the roof with the gun in his hands? How? Somehow, as fate would have it, there isn’t a single camera aimed in that particular area? So instead we are given CCTV footage from technology that was deployed back in 1998? There isn’t a single shot of the gun being fired? No flash? No gun smoke floating into the atmosphere? No shot of Tyler on the roof, that isn’t 2 miles away with no zoom? Okay bro… how strange… considering people were questioning this already… probably an odd coincidence right?

There are 4-5 other undeniable issues that clearly indicate an operation took place but there isn’t any reason to talk about that stuff until there is definitive proof that Tyler’s gun was fired and the bullet hit Charlie. Should be a very simple thing to confirm… but when the best result ends up being “inconclusive” y’all still won’t acknowledge how stupid it is to claim Charlie got shot in the neck with a .30-06.

Actually, that isn’t speculation… it’s worse. They are ignoring details that call their theory into question and presenting the footage as “evidence” anyway…. without including eyewitness contradictory statements….

Okay, so by that logic, there must be something about his involvement that could introduce doubt…. If he were simply the receiver of a confession then how/why would the prosecution not want him to testify in person? Even if it is only the preliminary hearing… wouldn’t this help secure an indictment?

If this was a slam dunk case and there was an individual whom the perpetrator personally confessed to, it seems that would definitely be one of the most key pieces of evidence that could be shared. His absence does nothing but introduce doubt and create questions which is what they are trying to avoid right?

You don’t want to give the defense what they want, sure… unless what they are asking for helps you eliminate doubt and prove your accusation.

You may want to drop the prosecution a line and let them know how important this is. I don’t think they got the memo about “clean and professional”.

If they did, they probably would have figured out they needed to proactively address the fact that there were 4 people in “Tyler’s car” when it was spotted on the ring camera.

They would have also probably come prepared with forensic details on the IP protocol associated with the discord messages. Might have been useful to prove who sent the messages and where they were located…

If they wanted it to be “clean and professional” they might have been a bit more compelled to have their most important witness there in person, instead of introducing some redacted transcript that drives more doubt and more complexity.

As a prosecutor, why wouldn’t you want Lance Twiggs there in person?

For all intents and purposes, Lance seems to be the single most important witness, especially since there isn’t really any ballistic evidence to speak of… and the video evidence is apparently from the cameras that were installed in 1998, rather than the state of the art camera system that was recently installed at UVU.

Seems like introducing complexity related to Mr. Twiggs testimony might work against the prosecution and favor the defense, so why?

Do they have an incentive for making their burden harder than it needs to be?

Without being a jerk, explain this to everyone here… help us gain the same type of knowledge that you have regarding “how trials work”.

If this makes it to trial I will be interested in seeing the forensic details relative to the IP protocol on the discord messages. Where did those messages originate? From what IP address?

The details should be available right?

If the prosecution really wanted to secure the indictment then they should have this type of info readily available, instead of just providing surface level details that are vague and disprovable.

Chances are this trial is totally rigged anyway… so they probably don’t care a whole lot at this point…

I find it very hard to believe that you are simply trying to point people in the right direction based on your own flawed interpretation of events. You don’t strike me as being that stupid….

Whatever it is, I hope it’s not money. Your integrity is worth more than that. Demonstrating that you are of sound mind is worth more as well.
