i am a platinum medallion member with @Delta . booked round trip tickets for myself , wife and 6 children to Cabo San Lucas from JFK. the way there was great. the way back they put me on their partner airline @Aeromexico and every step was a horror.

@Ally I'm waiting over 2 weeks for my bill pay issue to be resolved... 6 separate phone calls. Over 4 hours of wasted time. Multiple back and forth emails. seems 2 be for nothing, nobody seems to want to escalate this and get it fixed. I am disgusted. Maybe it's a @Fiserv issue
