Inverted Bank Run Dynamics

In traditional finance, rushing to the exit first saves capital. Under Standard, exit volume activates a dynamic quadratic resolution fee. Half of every exit fee is burned; the other half is directly paid out to remaining bankers. Exiting enriches those who stay.
