@santanderukhelp Hello, after 1.5 hours I went to bed, not before calling RBS where I got straight through! I have since called Santander this morning to cancel both cards. However I really cannot understand why I couldn't get through last night which was an emergency situation. Not acceptable!

Utterly disgraceful customer service @virginmedia I'm still waiting for a complaint to be sorted out from two weeks ago!! Originally spent an hour and a half on telephone and spoke to 4 different departments, subsequent calls made an still I'm waiting a response / resolution!!!
