@Paytmcare It’s been around 2 weeks that I raised a request for KYC but no further action has been initiated so far. I have dropped queries through the paytm app too but to avail. Nobody responds.

@vijayshekhar @Paytm @paytmcare your customer care is really hopeless. Can someone from paytm please respond and act like you are truly to help? I have never had more frustrating experience ever.
