We've finally manufactured our first batch of @rektdrinks.

Took about 6 months from idea to result, we literally have zero experience in the beverage industry so it's been a good learning process.

We'll be having our Launch Party in Paris this month, and expect to see us in NYC in April and Lisbon in May.

We'll also be conducting a small online sale for our first edition cans so stay tuned for that.

On 4th December 2023 we announced that a surprise snapshot of Rektguy holders was taken on 12AM EST on 26th October 2023.

We are delighted to reveal that holders at the time of snapshot will be gifted equity in our company, Rekt Brands Inc.

Rekt Brands owns and controls Rektguy contract, the Rekt logo, Rekt IP and all goodwill Rektguy has built. Of course, the Rektguy NFTs themselves remain CC0. Our first venture under Rekt Brands is @rektdrinks, which we’re excited to launch this year.

The snapshot was taken unannounced, and we are delighted to be able to gift equity, for free, to collectors who have supported Rektguy as an art project. To be clear, trading Rektguy NFTs will not transfer any equity. Those in the snapshot will have the opportunity to kyc and claim their gift.

We are proud of our work behind the scenes to achieve this in a valuable and compliant way. We will soon communicate further instructions on how those of you included in the snapshot can claim your gift of shares of Rekt Brands, Inc.
