@TheOfficialSBI @RBI Went to the SBI branch today for employee KYC, but was told the server is down and to come back after 2 days. Why should customers have to visit the branch multiple times for a simple KYC process? #SBI #KYC

@OfficialSBICare @shailendraPBH72 @TheOfficialSBI I visited the SBI branch again today for KYC. The staff said there is a system issue and suggested that if I take an insurance policy from the bank, my KYC would be processed faster. Is selling insurance a condition for getting basic banking services?

[Vikas Vishwakarma @1andonlyvikas]

@OfficialSBICare And i have also registered a complaint

@1andonlyvikas @TheOfficialSBI @RBI "This is completely unacceptable. Customers shouldn't suffer or make multiple rounds to the branch just because of bank's server issues. This needs urgent attention! @SBI_Customer @FinMinIndia @RBI #SBIDown #CustomerService"
