@mothmotherrr@AdvoLyc@nyaraVT In English we call each other women and men because some have the characteristics of people with XX (female) and some have the characteristics of people with XY (male) chromosomes. Simple physiology.
@TheArtGun@nyaraVT Women (XX chromosomes) aren’t a costume. Men (XY chromosomes) aren’t a costume, either. It’s basic physiology. Currently people are putting it in your head that “culture isn’t biological.”
@cu_clawz@ooflestein@nyaraVT A woman is someone who has XX chromosomes. It’s not a costume. Men (XY chromosomes) aren’t a costume, either. It’s basic physiology.
I was a little girl in the early 2000s. I played with Hot Wheels and monster trucks. Please don’t assume that everyone had those memories. A woman is someone who has XX chromosomes. It’s not a costume. Men (XY chromosomes) aren’t a costume, either. It’s basic physiology.

Young girls are judged on how well they perform femininity for others. Young boys bullied for not performing masculinity enough.
