unrelated but the fact that phoebe bridgers, an artist with a budget smaller than most main stream artists, can book msg for a private event and charge fans just 1$ to attend shows that it’s possible to make arena shows cheaper, most labels/artists just choose not to do so :/
💒 Here to tell u that I get to support the earth angel that is @gracieabrams in LA on 18,19 & 20th December ☆♪….. I have been a Gracie fan for literally so long - since before she released her first couple songs in 2019 so I’d consider myself a day 1. She is someone who I’m just continually in awe of and inspired by and I can’t believe I get to open for her after so long of admiring from afar !!!!! We met briefly on my first ever trip to the states in 2021 at ACL and I was freaking out then and I’m freaking out now. Can’t wait to scream all the words to Hit the Wall and pls don’t judge me if i seem unhinged bcos I will be xxxx See u in December !!!!! 🎀🤍🎀🤍
gracie saying that DFH will explore both the protagonist and antagonist sides of a story, diving into the complexity of being on either end of the narrative… welcome back tiwifl & good riddance
concert culture is ruined by camping and exorbitant prices but also by the weird obsession of fans on social media with shows needing to sell out completely like imagine you can go and get tickets at box office if you spontaneously want to be there? that should be normal.
jokes aside… it’s kinda hard to be excited about tour when ur stressing more abt how ur gonna financially support at least ONE concert date… OH and you have less than a week to find the money to do so :/ wish artists would remember most of us work regular jobs & need more time
