Chanyeol leaned over from the passenger seat, his eyes completely dead. He grabbed the front of Minseok’s collar, pulling him close until his voice was a low, terrifying whisper right against his ear. "Minseok. If you don't shut your mouth right now, I will personally dig your grave behind the clinic. Drive the car before I lose my mind."

Minseok’s sarcasm instantly vanished. He went pale, gripped the steering wheel for dear life and slammed his foot on the gas, tearing out into traffic without another word.

"Who’s joking? Our son likes him too." Right on cue, the Maltese let out a sharp, happy bark from the backseat.

Chanyeol groaned, his voice dripping with utter betrayal.

"You traitor!" (the dog chewing on a liver treat, felt zero remorse)

“Good luck fighting a turf war from the guest bedroom tonight” Baekhyun laughed before disconnecting the phone.
