The cancellation may be just coincidence. Deplorable way to treat customers. Hopefully you get sorted asap.

@Michael55398329@HostenTony@VirginMediaIE 19 days without service. No sign of a resolution, so yesterday I cancelled TV (on grounds they hadn't provided service). Low and behold, email received by lunchtime to say they were looking into it and issue fixed by yesterday evening. Only took 19 days and a cancellation
